Software Lead at Colibrium Additive

We’re now looking for a Software Lead to join our Gothenburg team: A hands-on technical leader who thrives on guiding others, writing great code, and improving complex systems that drive real, physical machines. In this role, you’ll lead the development of the software and services that power our electron beam–based additive manufacturing machines. Our main technologies include C# .NET, with WinForms and WPF used for desktop application development. You’ll work both strategically and operationally: setting direction, supporting your teammates, and ensuring our software is reliable, scalable, and ready for the future. You’ll work in a cross disciplinary, global team where software, hardware, and process expertise come together, offering a unique chance to learn and grow while contributing to cutting-edge additive manufacturing technology. You will dig into existing solutions, understand their logic, and help modernize and extend them.
