Documentation Technician AutoCAD & Master Concept
Overview Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Documentation Technician with expertise in AutoCAD and Master Concept to support technical documentation activities. This position is based at a Combined Heat and Power (CHP) plant in Torsvik and plays a vital role in maintaining accurate, structured, and accessible facility documentation. The role offers an opportunity to contribute to the organization and improvement of plant information systems while supporting ongoing and future energy-related initiatives. Key Responsibilities Perform quality checks and validation of technical documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance. Migrate and organize documentation from legacy server storage into a structured document management system. Maintain and update facility-related documentation to ensure it is current, consistent, and easy to retrieve. Support documentation-related activities within the unit, acting as a key resource for information management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical plant data is well-structured and aligned with operational requirements. Contribute to improving documentation practices and workflows within the Heating & Cooling domain. Required Experience 1–3 years of relevant experience in technical documentation or a similar consulting role. Prior involvement in comparable assignments related to documentation handling and system organization. Ability to execute defined tasks independently while working under general supervision. Educational Qualification Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Documentation, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Required Skills Proficiency in AutoCAD Experience with Master Concept Strong understanding of technical documentation processes Preferred Skills Experience working with document management systems Exposure to industrial, energy, or plant-related environments Language Requirement Fluency in Swedish (spoken and written – native
