As an Engineering Manager you are: 1. Highly technical, expected to contribute to the code base on a regular basis 2. Fully responsible for the direct reports in your care, able to help them grow, ensuring they have the right skills and workflows to deliver with quality 3. Accountable for the technical delivery in your immediate team, where most of your of influence lies 4.
