Global Distributor Coordinator

About your job Your job is central to coordinating and governing our global distributor framework. From day one, you operate in a global, cross-functional environment, enabling transparency, compliance, and sustainable growth. You ensure that distributor agreements are clearly defined, compliant, visible, and effectively managed across systems and stakeholders. Job responsibilities: Identify, document, and maintain a complete overview of all distributor agreements globally. Clarify and structure the scope of each Distributor agreement, including Sandvik offerings, applicable geographical regions or territories, and ownership (Division, Sales Area, or Joint BA). Ensure all distributor agreements are effectively registered, uploaded, and kept current within CRM and Business Insights. Validate that all Distributor agreements are compliant, working closely with Legal, Commercial, and Compliance. Oversee best-practice application and completion of annual ABPs for Distributors, including forecasting, demand planning, and build-slot reservations with Equipment Divisions. Promote effective Distributor relationship management, including annual executive and technology engagements, executive interviews, and structured feedback. Promote performance management of Distributor relationships, assessing value creation through regular reviews, and agreed performance metrics.
