About the role We’re looking for a Web Analyst who wants to turn data into decisions – not just dashboards, and who’s curious about how new tools (including AI) are changing the way we work with data. This is a 12-month parental leave cover, with the possibility to extend into a permanent role. In this role, you’ll work closely with our clients to set up the right measurement from the start. That means translating business goals into tracking, building solid data foundations, and making sure insights actually lead to action. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team and involved early in client engagements – from workshops and tracking plans to implementation and ongoing optimisation. What you’ll do Lead workshops to define measurement frameworks and KPIs Set up and maintain tracking using GA4 and GTM Build dashboards and reports in Looker Studio that drive decisions Analyse user behaviour, funnels and performance to identify opportunities Present insights and recommendations in a clear and engaging way Collaborate with developers, designers and marketers to improve performance Use modern tools, including AI-supported analysis, to speed up insights and improve decision-making We believe you have A few years of experience in web analytics (GA4 & GTM) Experience building dashboards and working with data visualisation Solid understanding of tracking implementation and data quality Some years experience in SQL Worked in BigQueary Strong analytical skills and a business mindset Fluent in English and Swedish We’ll be extra excited if you also have Experience with A/B testing and CRO Worked in multi-market or complex environments What we offer A collaborative, international environment with 60+ colleagues across Sweden and Mumbai A strong focus on learning – through sessions, projects and your own development budget Access to an external coach A hybrid setup – we meet on Wednesdays + one more day per week A people-first culture where balance and long-term growth m
