This is hands-on, high-stakes work, and the complexity of what we are building demands strong program governance from day one. REQUIREMENTS Experience & Knowledge Proven experience in a senior PMO or project management leadership role, preferably within complex technical, engineering and/-or infrastructure environments. Strong command of project management principles, frameworks and governance models. Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken, to a high professional standard.
