As a Trainee Project Engineer, you will work closely with experienced engineers and cross-functional teams to support the planning and execution of engineering projects. You will gradually build your technical, project management, and stakeholder coordination skills while contributing to real business needs. You will be exposed to areas such as CapEx projects, production improvements, and energy management, with increasing responsibility as you develop in the role. What Will You Do – Responsibilities Support engineering projects from planning to implementation together with senior colleagues Assist in feasibility studies and technical evaluations for new solutions and improvements Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as Production, Quality, and Product Development Help track project progress, timelines, and budgets (CapEx) Participate in supplier and contractor coordination Contribute
