In this role, you will act as the team’s primary technical authority, responsible for the technical health, maintainability, and long-term sustainability of the platform. A major focus of the position will be to lead the technical transformation of ICO. You will bridge strategic architectural direction with hands-on implementation, ensuring that technical decisions support both business needs and long-term product quality. Key Responsibilities: As a Tech Lead, you will guide the technical direction of the team and ensure ICO remains scalable, secure, reliable, and maintainable. You will lead technical design discussions, architecture alignment, code quality initiatives, and engineering best practices while staying close to delivery and implementation. A central part of the role will be driving the modernization journey of the current .NET and MS SQL based platform, helping transition existing on-premises solutions into a cloud environment using AWS.
