Our focus is always on high quality, professionalism, and clear, measurable results. Right now, we are looking for a Central Planning Manager for our Central Project Control Team. In this role you will report to our Central Project Control Leadership and sit within our Project Delivery function. The team is responsible for driving project-wide planning, scheduling, and performance tracking across all delivery areas. As Central Planning Manager, you will own the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and ensure alignment across the full project. You will provide structure, oversight, and clarity in planning, enabling informed decisions and early identification of risks across a complex, multi-disciplinary environment. Placement: Boden Start of role: As soon as possible Employment: Temporary or consultancy based Role responsibilities: Own, develop, and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) across all delivery areas Define and enforce planning standards, frameworks, and ways of working Monitor schedule performance, including progress, variance, and forecast completion Identify critical paths, milestones, and schedule risks, and drive mitigation actions Lead schedule risk analysis (SRA), scenario modelling, and recovery planning Integrate schedules across teams and ensure alignment with project-level priorities Provide consolidated reporting, dashboards, and insights to senior leadership Lead and support Area Planning Leads, including capability development and guidance What you’ll bring At Professional Galaxy AB, we value people who take initiative, build trust, and help
