Business Developer – Green Industry Transformation The green industrial transition is driving a historic transformation of society and industry, creating significant value economically, technologically and environmentally. NCC Green Industry Transformation plays a key role in enabling this transition through large, complex and strategically important industrial and infrastructure projects across the Nordics. We are now looking for a Business Developer who wants to be at the forefront of identifying, analysing and actively driving new business opportunities, with a clear focus on building and processing a strong and commercially relevant project pipeline that supports NCC’s long-term growth and profitability. The Role and Key Responsibilities As a Business Developer, reporting to the Head of Strategy and Business Development, you will have a central role in driving early-phase business development by identifying, analysing and prioritising new projects of interest. You will work closely with senior management and key stakeholders across the business area as well as the wider NCC organisation, combining strong analytical capabilities with a proactive, hands-on and commercially driven approach. The role includes taking initiative in early customer dialogue, building trust-based relationships and actively pushing opportunities forward to a stage where they are ready to enter contracting and tender processes. You will own and drive selected segments and customer relationships, working cross-functionally to create momentum and ensure alignment. The position is located in Solna, Malmö, Göteborg or Luleå, travels to other offices in the business area is required as part of the job.
