Global Transformation Lead

The opportunity The Mechanical Plant Design team (TPM), part of HVDC, is looking for a Global Transformation Lead to join our team. You will be part of an international organization with colleagues across multiple countries, working together to support HVDC projects on a global scale. In this role, you will drive transformation and continuous improvement across our global mechanical organization. We are looking for a curious and people-focused change leader who wants to understand how the business works in practice, identify opportunities for improvement, and turn ideas into real progress. You do not need to be the deepest technical expert from day one, but you should have a natural drive to understand the context behind what we do — how things work, what inputs are needed, and what outputs they create.
