Meet the needs beyond tomorrow. https://www.electroluxprofessionalgroup.com/en/join-us/ MARKETING TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING We are looking for a Marketing Technology Specialist to strengthen our global marketing organization supporting 21 brands across multiple Business Areas. This role will shape and streamline our marketing technology landscape, enabling teams to work in a more data‑driven, automated, and efficient way. As the fourth strategic hire in the Group Marketing team, your focus will be on MarTech and technology‑driven enablement. You will work closely with Brand, Digital Marketing, Social Marketing, IT, and the Business Areas, ensuring the right tools, platforms, and data are in place to support our global marketing goals. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES -Support the effective use of marketing technologies across brands and markets, ensuring consistency and scalability. -Defining KPIs to measure MarTech adoption, usage, and impact. -Act as a Group reference for MarTech topics related to content, assets, and activation, including Digital Asset Management (DAM). -Ensure that the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system is well structured, governed, and adopted, enabling easy reuse and activation of assets across markets. -Provide Group‑level frameworks, guidelines, and best practices to support country‑led campaigns, while execution remains in local training and enablement activities. -Tool onboarding for the local team. -Support performance reading, learning loops, and sharing best practices across markets. -Contribute to Group MarTech projects by translating marketing needs into stru
