Your future responsibilities As the Senior Developer, you will work hands-on with technical development, helping to shape our future cloud-based Genesys platform and the connected systems within the Contact Centre area, always with a strong focus on the customer experience. We develop customizations and integrations, and as our core platforms are not developed in-house, much of our technical work involves working within the applications’ capabilities through configuration and scripting.
