Assignment Description We are looking for a senior Marketing & Communication Specialist to support strategic marketing and communication activities within a global Medium Gas Turbine (MGT) aftermarket organization. What You Will Work On Define and drive long-term strategic marketing plans aligned with the MGT business strategy Develop and lead messaging strategies for global markets and customer segments Create and maintain go-to-market concepts together with sales teams, commercialization managers, and R&D stakeholders Benchmark industry best practices and competitor marketing approaches Ensure alignment between product line marketing and corporate communication standards Support implementation of AI-supported and automated marketing methods Promote knowledge sharing and collaboration across global marketing teams Coordinate development of marketing materials and media assets Support communication activities related to product launches and campaigns Manage content, documentation, and approval workflows across digital platforms and portals Support event coordination, user conferences, training activities, and marketing logistics Contribute to customer engagement and communication initiatives throughout the product lifecycle What You Bring Senior-level experience within marketing and communication roles Excellent communication and professional writing skills in English Experience developing strategic marketing plans and go-to-market strategies Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills Experience working with sales organizations, product marketing, and corporate communication team
