Project Leader

About the role We are seeking a Project Leader to join our Product Management section. You will report to the Head of Product Management. As a Project Leader, you will plan, organize and lead projects within our two product portfolios as well as line projects, ensuring delivery according to agreed scope, time and objectives. You will work closely with Product Managers, project team members and internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes throughout the product lifecycle. You will also contribute to product management and customer support activities depending on priorities and skills. You will act as a leader within the organisation and contribute to a positive working environment while promoting a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement and customer focus. What you will do Plan, organise and lead projects to meet project goals and objectives, ensuring execution according to agreed scope, time and budget (if applicable) Report project status, escalate issues, and prepare project manager–owned deliverables for gate decisions Deliver project results to the Sponsor, hand over outcomes to internal receivers, and communicate lessons learned Coach and support the p
