Global PMO Manager to BERG Propulsion

In this role, you will take on a key position in driving structure, governance, and execution across complex global projects while contributing to the continued development of Berg’s PMO function. ABOUT THE ROLE As Global PMO Manager, you will lead and coordinate complex customer and product development projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, from contract handover to final delivery. The role combines project execution, governance, and cross-functional coordination in an international and technically advanced environment. As project complexity continues to increase — driven by electrification, regulatory requirements, and increasingly advanced customer deliveries — the need for a stronger and more structured PMO function has become increasingly important. In this role, you will act as a central coordinating function across the organization, ensuring alignment between Contract Engineers, Engineering, Operations, Sourcing, Compliance, Legal, and regional teams throughout the Order-to-Delivery process. You will contribute to creating structure, governance, and scalable ways of working that support Berg’s continued growth and project execution capabilities.
