The Opportunity As Feedstock & Logistics Specialist, you play a key role in supporting factory-level logistics and feedstock operations at Ortviken, ensuring reliable material flow, strong supplier follow-up, and operational stability in a dynamic and evolving environment. You act as a key operational contributor within logistics at the factory, working closely with internal teams and external partners to translate on-the-ground realities into structured insights, support risk identification, and contribute to continuous improvements. You operate within an established framework, collaborating closely with the strategic supply chain team to ensure alignment and execution. This is a hands-on, on-site role based at Circulose’s factory in Sundsvall (Ortviken). It combines desk-based planning with daily presence in warehouse and production areas. Remote work is not compatible with the nature of this role. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys working in high-change environments. Our supply chain is scaling and still maturing, which means ambiguity, gaps, and evolving processes.
