Fullstack Developer - Underwriting Experience

About the Role As a Fullstack Developer in the Underwriting Experience team, you will bridge the gap between technical execution and business impact by building the tools that power our credit operations. You will have end-to-end ownership of features, transitioning seamlessly between frontend and backend to deliver what is most valuable for the business. This role is central to Scaling our internal platforms through a mix of product-driven development and AI-led automation. Key responsibilities Build and maintain services across the full stack, ensuring a cohesive and secure flow of data between our backend integrations and internal UI. Develop AI-driven automations and Model Context Protocols (MCPs) to streamline credit processing and enhance our internal decision-making tools. Collaborate with designers and peer engineers to define data formats and logic that optimize the platform for efficiency and scalability. Implement and manage the full lifecycle of your code, from testing and peer reviews to deploying and monitoring system health in AWS. Drive technical improvements across our shared platforms, ensuring we maintain high standards for both our Node.js services and React components.
