About the job As an Operations & Automation Specialist, you will work across the full scope of Customer Enablement. You will focus on improving workflows, strengthening how we use our tools, and building automations that create real impact across the organisation. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across support, product, content, and customer success. Your role is to connect systems and processes, making sure they work together in a way that supports both internal efficiency and a great customer experience. Your day-to-day work includes: • Mapping, improving, and automating workflows across support and enablement processes • Owning and evolving our Jira setup, including board structure, workflows, and reporting • Using HubSpot to improve customer insights and strengthen feedback loops between teams • Identifying opportunities where AI can reduce manual work and implementing those solutions • Supporting change management by documenting, communicating, and rolling out new processes • Contributing to projects within FAQ, training, and customer-facing enablement The role is based at our vibrant HQ Gjuteriet in Västra Hamnen, Malmö.
