Growth Marketing Specialist – Nordic Markets
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to support digital growth initiatives within the mobility sector across multiple Nordic markets. In this role, you will be responsible for driving awareness, engagement, traffic, and conversion-focused campaigns connected to digital marketplace and mobility-related services. Your responsibilities may include: • Planning, launching, and optimizing campaigns across programmatic channels, social media, app platforms, and influencer collaborations • Working closely with creative teams to develop high-performing digital campaign material • Building dashboards and analyzing campaign performance to generate insights and recommendations • Managing retargeting setups, tracking solutions, product feeds, audience segmentation, and marketing integrations • Staying updated on new digital marketing trends, technologies, and AI-driven opportunities The opportunity: This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing digital organization expanding its marketing efforts across several Nordic markets. The role combines operational campaign execution with strategic growth initiatives and offers the chance to shape scalable marketing practices in a dynamic, data-driven environment. Requirements • Fluent in Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian, both written and spoken, with the ability to create and localize campaigns that feel natural and engaging for Nordic audiences. You are also comfortable working in English, which is the primary language used across the organization. • An experienced performance marketer with at least 3 years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing conversion-focused paid campaigns across channels such as programmatic platforms (display, native, P-Max, YouTube), social media (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat), app stores, and occasionally influencer marketing collaborations. • Analytical and data-driven, with experience using tools such as Amplitude, Looker Studio, Tableau, CDPs, or similar analytics and reporting plat
