We’re on an exciting transformation journey in M3, and we’re now welcoming Business Process Specialists who are curious, collaborative, and ready to shape how ERP supports the business. Your Role We’re growing our M3 Competence Center and are looking for Business Process Specialists within the Order-to-Delivery area - whether you’re early in your career or have several years of experience. You’ll get support from experienced colleagues, clear ways of working, and room to grow into the role. In this role, you’ll be an important bridge between our global business processes and the M3 solution - helping ensure the system supports daily work and enables better ways of working. You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues in Sales and Logistics, as well as other key stakeholders, to drive standardization, efficiency, and long-term sustainability in our ERP landscape. Main focus areas for the position: Drive and support M3 implementations and improvements within your process area, helping create robust, scalable solutions aligned with global business needs. Help develop and refine business processes, with a focus on standard M3 functionality, efficiency, compliance, and great user experience.
