Working closely with engineers, you help develop and evolve the YAPP platform – a custom-built programming platform that automates product design, modeling, and production across CAD, CAM, and CMM. The team has a strong local presence in Sandviken and works globally, continuously evolving the platform toward more scalable, cloud-based solutions. Job responsibilities Build and evolve a primarily Java-based automation platform. Translate real engineering challenges into smart, automated solutions. Collaborate in an agile, cross-functional team with colleagues around the world. Share knowledge through code reviews, pair programming, and everyday collaboration. Explore and experiment with new technologies and approaches, including AI-supported development. Contribute to making complex engineering work more efficient and scalable.
