Role Summary As a Senior Data Engineer and Team Lead, you will play a central role in shaping and scaling our data platform while leading a team of data engineers. You will combine hands-on engineering with technical leadership, contributing to architecture, standards, and ways of working across a modern cloud-based data environment. The role sits at the intersection of technology and leadership: you are expected to drive technical decisions, mentor engineers, and ensure high-quality, scalable data solutions that enable data-driven services across the organization.
