The Project Portfolio Lead is responsible for financial coordination, driving the continuous improvement of the working process as well as transparency of our project and investment portfolio. As the Project Portfolio Lead, you operate at the intersection between project execution, finance, and production, with strong influence but without formal people management. The Project Management Organization (PMO) is responsible for investment projects at the Uppsala site. This position reports to the PMO manager and is part of the Project Portfolio Governance Team together with Program Managers and the Manager for Project Execution. The position is located in Uppsala, Sweden, and will be an on-site role. What you will do: Act as the bridge between PMO and Finance for portfolio planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial follow‑up. Own portfolio‑level financial and capacity forecasting
