A Snapshot of Your Day As PMO you will play an important role in our ambition to further strengthen the Project Management function and prepare us for future growth and challenges. The primary role of the PMO is to establish and maintain project management standards, processes, and best practices to ensure that our project portfolio is executed efficiently and with high employee and customer satisfaction. You will on daily basis collaborate with the PM Management team, Process owner teams, individual PM’s and other important stakeholders on different topics related to improving the governance, development, and support of the PM function. How You’ll Make an Impact Establish a solid project governance structure. Provide management reports and KPI tracking such as contract execution, workstream efficiency, cost out initiatives. Continuously improving our PM processes, tools, and workflows to enhance the execution of our commitments. Lead and participate in developing projects. Ensure PM competence, training and certification programs/processes are in place and maintained to track and improve our team’s bench strength. Act as Business owner for OnePM (Project Management tool) and be responsible for continues governance and development. What You Bring A natural determination to identify, conceptualize and drive improvement initiatives over the finish line. Experience within process development and/or governance An analytic and structured approach to challenges and/or complex tasks A collaborative and open mindset Good knowledge in data analysing, database structure and relevant software’s. Experience within Project Management is meriting. About the Team The PMO is part of our MGT PM function and will report directly to the Head of Project Management and be part of the PM Management Team. The MGT PM function managing different kind of Service Projects and Programs for the MGT fleet and consist of 70+ employees divided in 5 teams. Our working area is global
