Project Leader - Process & Capability Hub Job summary · You will support our stakeholders by simultaneously leading and/or being part of the execution of several medium and high complexity Process Epics (PEPICs) and Capability Epics (CEPICS) assigned to you · These can be of character from refinement until full realisation of the intended outcomes. · You will work in a truly global environment and lead multi-disciplinary teams of high performing individuals from across businesses to drive change. · You will work in an environment where the following capabilities and experiences will be required: Excellent collaboration, communication and coordination skills. Knowledge in governance forums, calendars, templates, documentation standards. Solid knowledge and understanding of IKEA Business Year cycle. Solid knowledge and understanding of key business development processes. Strong understanding of developing capabilities in people, process, data and technology dimension. Capability to follow through on commitments and keep momentum by being proactive, prioritising, delegating and escalating when needed. Experience with roadmaps, planning and management of dependencies, and how to get things done in a big organization based on agile principles. Comfort in working in iterative environments where problem space and solution space evolve over time.
