Your role In this role, you will drive transformation across Procurement and Supply Chain within SAAB Surveillance, turning strategy into measurable operational results. Procurement within SAAB Surveillance is in a significant transformation phase, where end-to-end supply chain excellence, digitalisation, automation, and data-driven decision-making are key enablers for future performance. We are now looking for a Procurement Transformation Lead, who will play a key role in defining, driving, and delivering transformation and improvement initiatives across the procurement function. You will own the strategy and transformation roadmap for the procurement capability, ensuring alignment with business priorities and long-term value creation. You will lead and support transformation programs, pilots, and optimization activities, ensuring that initiatives are not only designed but also executed, scaled, and embedded into the organization. A core part of your role is translating strategic priorities into actionable execution plans and measurable results. You will operate in a highly complex, cross-functional environment, working closely with stakeholders in production, planning, R&D, engineering, quality, and supply chain to ensure alignment and execution across the value chain. The role requires a strong ability to bring structure and momentum to transformation efforts, bridge strategy and execution, and ensure sustainable implementation of improvements that deliver tangible business impact. You will also use tools such as JIRA, Excel, and other analytical and reporting tools to track progress, manage initiatives, and communicate outcomes across the organization.
