About the assignment: For our client in Skåne we are looking for a Technical Project Lead to drive and coordinate initiatives within smart buildings, energy optimization, and IoT-enabled property solutions. The role operates at the intersection of Operational Technology (OT), IT systems, and property operations, acting as a key integrator across stakeholders, platforms, and vendors. The assignment focuses on enabling data-driven energy optimization and scalable smart building solutions through strong technical understanding and structured project leadership. Main responsibilities *Lead and coordinate projects within smart heating control, energy optimization, and connected building solutions. *Act as the primary interface between property operations, IT platforms, and System vendors and partners. *Define and govern technical integration requirements. *Drive decisions related to system architecture, integrations, and data flows. * Support procurement, vendor management, and technical evaluations. * Ensure successful implementation of IoT-enabled solutions across multiple systems. Required qualifications: NOTE: The customer is open to candidates with strong integration and IoT understanding even if not all OT domains are fully covered. The consultant should have demonstrated experience and understanding within two or more of the following: Building Automation & OT - Building Management Systems (BMS/BAS) and controllers - HVAC
