Let us tell you about the role 📖 As a Growth Engineer at Nextory, you'll build the systems, tools, and automations that power our performance marketing across multiple markets. You don't need experience in performance marketing, we'll teach you that. What matters is a strong engineering mindset, curiosity, and a passion to find very smart solutions to very complex problems. In this role, you will: Build AI-powered tools, automations, and scripts to improve marketing operations Develop data-driven systems for campaign optimization and decision-making Turn manual processes into scalable, reliable workflows Learn paid social advertising (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat) through mentorship from senior specialists Collaborate with Performance Marketing, BI, Product, Engineering, and Creative teams to drive experimentation and growth Your story so far 👀 We're looking for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, take ownership, and build solutions that create real business impact.
