About the role As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for providing technical advisory services and supporting clients with the implementation and adoption of Position Green’s software solution. You will act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer journey, helping clients configure the platform, establish effective data structures and workflows, and ensure successful, high-quality implementations aligned with their business needs. In this role, you will mainly: Manage and drive Technical Advisory projects, such as implementations and module adoptions Facilitate client meetings and smaller workshops Support clients with advanced configurations, customizations, and integrations Troubleshoot complex platform issues and recommend practical solutions Contribute to technical proposal processes for client development Build trust with clients and colleagues through reliability, structure, and a constructive mindset Are you the one we’re looking for?
