Brand & Marketing Operations Lead | Malmö

We're looking for a Brand & Marketing Operations Lead to join our team. You will be based at our Malmö office and play a key role in our Brand & Marketing function, ensuring campaigns, projects and content are delivered efficiently, on time and with high quality. Key Responsibilities: Own and develop the marketing calendar and flywheel Coordinate projects, campaigns and content across markets Align teams, agencies and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery Manage content production, website updates and localisation Quality-assure all marketing material before publication We believe you have: Experience in marketing operations, project management or coordination Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects Experience working with stakeholders, agencies and international teams Good understanding of digital marketing and content production Fluency in English You are structured, proactive and detail-oriented, with a strong drive to execute.
