Project Manager Game Development

We have wide distribution, and our games are played by millions of people every month by players all over the world. We are now looking for a Project Manager to join our team. The team is responsible for developing Hacksaw Studios’ own games, bringing together expertise from different functions. The Role In this role, you will plan, coordinate, and support game projects from concept through to release. You will act as a central point of coordination between departments, helping teams stay aligned and ensuring that projects meet their timelines, quality standards, and creative goals. Your key responsibilities include: Taking ownership of assigned game projects, from initial planning through execution and delivery. Creating and maintaining project plans, schedules, milestones, and priorities in our project management system. Coordinating across functions to ensure an efficient workflow and alignment on project scope, goals, responsibilities, and deadlines. Monitoring progress, quality, risks, and potential blockers, and supporting the teams in resolving issues proactively. Facilitating project kick-offs, milestone check-ins, reviews, and other relevant meetings. Keeping the Team Lead and relevant stakeholders informed about project progress, changes, risks, and key decisions. Participating in review and feedback cycles to ensure consistency and high-quality deliverables. Identifying improvements to workflows and tools that strengthen quality, efficiency, and collaboration. Staying up to date with industry trends, game development practices, and player preferences.
