As a Managing Tech Lead within the Clausewitz team, you will combine hands-on programming, technical leadership, and people management. You'll be responsible for both the technical direction of the team and supporting the growth, performance, and well-being of its members. You'll work closely with programmers, game teams, and other disciplines to drive technical direction, improve workflows, and support the long-term evolution of our technology. As the team's manager, you'll also foster a collaborative and supportive environment where individuals can develop their skills, take ownership, and succeed together.
